To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Additional District and Sessions (Fast Track) Court, Theni in S.C.No.122 of 2023 by his judgment dated 28.04.2025 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment passed by the Additional District and Sessions (Fast Track) Court, Theni, made in S.C.No.122 of 2023 dated 28.04.2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.11434 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 16.12.2025.
4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
