This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned advertisement issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.Nil dated Nil published in Dinakaran Daily dated 23.09.2015 and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for promotion to the post of Headmaster in the 3rd respondent school.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the 3rd respondent is going to withdraw the impugned advertisement published in Dinakaran Daily dated 23.09.2015, calling for suitable candidates to attend the interview on 26.09.2015 to the post of Head Master in the 3rd respondent school and the candidature of the petitioner would be considered along with other eligible persons.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
