ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for third respondent. 2.The only prayer made by the writ petitioner is that the second respondent should convene the special Board Meeting on the third respondent society without delay.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that notice has already been issued on 30.07.2020 and that the meeting is to be held on 07.08.2020. I make it clear that on the scheduled date, the meeting shall be held and shall not be adjourned by stating any reason.

4.The learned Government Advocate states that the Meeting would definitely convened on 07.08.2020.
