ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.24 of 2022 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the file of the 4th respondent or any other specialized agency.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son died in a suspicious manner and hence, on a complaint preferred by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.24 of 2022 has been registered for offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suspecting five persons on the ground that there was previous enmity and hence, the learned counsel prays for a direction.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, so far 21 witnesses have been examined and the investigation would be conducted in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the investigation and file a report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
