The learned Additional Advocate General reports that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.5378 of 2025, dated 28.02.2025, an appeal had been preferred in W.A.(MD) No.900 of 2025. He adds that the Division Bench has granted an order of stay of the order in W.P.(MD) No.5378 of 2025.

2.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, the Writ Appeal goes in favour of the contempt petitioner, liberty is granted to him either to move an application to revive this petition or to file a fresh contempt.
