ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after the enquiry the complaint was closed with a direction to the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate remedy. In view of the above said development, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 2.Accordingly, this sub application is closed and the contempt petition is also closed in the SR stage itself.
