[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father-in-law of the detenue and the third respondent is the father of the detenue. 2.According to the petitioner, the detenue is in the custody of the third respondent. It appears that the detenue has given a complaint alleging dowry harassment by the petitioner. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law insofar as the minor child born out of the wedlock is concerned.
