ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.1335 of 2015 and register the First Information Report against the accused T.Ravichandran.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.1331 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to register the First Information Report against the accused persons and the same was ordered on 29.04.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of six years, the respondent police has not complied with the order dated 29.04.2015.

3.The respondent police is present before this Court and also stated that due to the over sight the orders, they have failed to comply with order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai dated 29.04.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to comply with the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P(MD).No.8692 of 2019 Cr.O.P.No.1335 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
