ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court inCrl.O.P(MD)No.22233 of 2024, dated 25.02.2025. 2.Mr.G.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-police submits that though the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation, in view of the offence involved in this case under the NDPS Act, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22233 of 2024, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear the learned Judge, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
