O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming to be the husband of the detenue.

2.The detenue, who appeared before us, has told that she has neither married the petitioner nor she is willing to go with him. On the contrary, she has stated that she is living with her parents, with whom she would continue to do so. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal custody of the detenue involves. directed to take appropriate steps to see that the detenue safely reaches her home.
