[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter and to hand over her custody to him. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation would reveal that the detenue has married. She has also written a letter to her mother, which has been given to the investigation officer.
