[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue. The respondent has produced the detenu, who appeared before this Court and expressed his willingness to go with the petitioner, who is none other than the father of the detenu. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
2. Recording the statement given by the alleged detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
