O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by M.Anbalagan, who retired from service in the first respondent viz., Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Ayyampettai, seeking mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation wherein the petitioner has made a request to disburse https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the partly unpaid retirement benefit amounts like Gratuity, Employment Provident Fund and employee's Security deposit.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first and second respondents.

4.Taking note of the plight of the petitioner that the respondents have not paid the part of the retirement benefits, this Court is of the view that the first and second respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first and third respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2014 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
