This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to appoint an investigating officer, in Crime No.208 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015, on the file of the second respondent police as per Rule 7(1) of Prevention of Atrocities (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes) Rules, 1995 and further ensure the filing of final report.

fact' and the referred charge sheet notice has already been served to the petitioner on 08.01.2016.
