PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body and person of Petitioner's wife named R.Seetha Lakshmi, D/o. Padmanabhan aged about 27 years residing at No.40/02, Chettiyar Street, Devarappan Patti, Dindigul District, before this Court and set her at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The letter said to have written by the detenu to the second respondent prima facie would show that she has left the petitioner willingly.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is not known whether the said letter given by the detenue is voluntarily or not.

4.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law.
