Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce children namely, Jeon son of Godwin and Leon son of Godwin, aged about 13 and 8 years respectively, before this Court and hand over them to the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Petitioner along with her two minor children are present today.

2.As has elder child, the younger child too inform desire to be in the custody of the petitioner / mother. Learned counsel for petitioner has informed that the need to admit both children in a school close to petitioner's residence and that school wherein, they are studying is not issuing the transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate.

3.Learned counsel for third respondent submits that such respondent will not stand in the way of issue of transfer certificate by the school authorities. But the third respondent may be afforded a right to visit his children at any time of the petitioner's convenient.

4.Petitioner informs that third respondent may visit the children at her residence between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on Sundays.

5.Recording the above submissions and informing that the authorities cannot refuse to issue of transfer certificate, this petition shall stand closed.
