PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to entrust the case in Crime No.74 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent to the third respondent and direct the third respondent to re-investigate the case in same and file a final report before the concerned court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to entrust the case in Crime No.74 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent to the third respondent and direct the third respondent to reinvestigate the case in same and file a final report before the concerned court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Action dropped '.
