O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.243 of 2018 dated 18.10.2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town South Police Station, Thanjavur. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent police has filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur stating that further action was dropped in this case, on 07.12.2020 and the same was ended infavour of the petitioner.

3.But, however, the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that no notice has been received by him from the Investigating Officer or from the concerned Court and he may get a copy from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.871 of 2019 4.Since the final report ended infavour of the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, this petition become infructuous. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

6.But, however, the second respondent is at liberty to work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
