This petition has been filed to direct second respondent to secure the accused in the criminal case in Cr.No.370 of 2016 for the offence punishable U/s 380 I.P.C. within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., the respondent police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously and either file final report or close the case in accordance with law.
