ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.19042 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.17230 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 03.12.2025, the fact that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioner has 3 previous cases, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy on the first working day of every English calendar month, until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
