ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) I.P.C., in Crime No.105 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.It is a case of kidnaping for ransom. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is the brain behind the entire operation.

4.Taking note of the serious allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
