This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.23965 of 2025 dated 07.01.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation in this case is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
