The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2015, pertaining to the revocation of the petitioner's prolonged suspension. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner had already been terminated from service in proceedings dated 18.12.2008. The very subject in the order dated 18.12.2008, states that the writ petitioner is terminated. Thereafter, the writ petitioner has not taken any action against the order passed by the respondent in proceedings dated 18.12.2008.

removed from service, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
