O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.1 of 2016 to any other competent Officer other than the second respondent herein under the supervision of the first respondent and to complete the investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2016 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur on 15.03.2016.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
