PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 05.05.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.
ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 05.05.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there is a dispute between two groups. Hence, the complaint has been registered in Crime No.209 of 2018 on 08.05.2018 under Section 107 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, the same has been transferred to the Revenue Department. He has also produced the copy of the FIR before this Court and the same has been served to the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
