This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.289 of 2008.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, on oral instructions from the respondent Police, would submit that the respondent Police has already file a "action dropped" report on 31.07.2009.
