PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and about to file final report. If the investigation is transferred to some other agency at this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stage, it will affect the entire investigation done by the third respondent.

3.Under such circumstances, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered at this stage. In the result, the Criminal Original is dismissed and the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5497 of 2019 is closed.
