ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the patta issued in Patta No.1200, 302 and 114 in the name of the respondents 3 to 5 by considering his representation dated 08.07.2015.

2.Needless to say, it is for the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the other parties including the respondents 3 to 5 herein.

3. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 08.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the other parties including the respondents 3 and 5, and also the legal heirs of the 4th respondent, who is said to have passed away during the pendency of the writ petition, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said representation has not been disposed of so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
