Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Raja @ Manickaraja, aged about 19 years, S/o.Patturajan, before this Hon'ble Court and to set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This application has been filed by the mother of the detenu to produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenu has been remanded in Cr.No.164 of 2017 for the offence under Section 392 of IPC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil. 3. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
