This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.29 of 2015. After completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur and subsequently transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaur, Thanjavur District.
