ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.U.Ramanathan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the unearned leave on private affairs benefits to the petitioner as per the Board proceedings in CMD TANGEDCO proceedings No.52 dated 14.2.2014 3.Whether the petitioner is entitled to such relief or not is for the respondents more particularly, the third respondent to consider and decide and therefore, this Court at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

4.It is seen that the petitioner has already made representation to the third respondent on 02.06.2014 seeking for the very same benefit. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
