Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.C1/1110/2014, dated 5.2.2014 and the consequential proceedings in Na.Ka.C1/1110/2014, dated 3.9.2015 and the charge memo, dated 3.9.2015 in Na.Ka.C1/1110/2014 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to reinstate the Petitioner and regularize his past service from 5.2.2014 and release the regular monetary benefits from the period starting from 5.2.2014.
