This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused No.2, by Judgment dated 07.05.2024, made in C.C.No.243 of 2020 on the file of the II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.
2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
