[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed on the premise that the detenu is legally wedded wife of the petitioner. The respondents have produced the detenu, who appeared before this Court and submitted that she has not married the petitioner. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

2. Recording the statement given by the alleged detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. We set the detenue at liberty to go with the petitioner.
