Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11092 of 2017 dated 17.10.2022, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have preferred Writ Appeal against the aforesaid Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to reopen this Contempt Petition after the disposal of the Writ Appeal.
