The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that quarrying sand in the Cauvery river bed detrimental to the interest of the public and should be stopped. In this regard, he has given a representation on 10.08.2015. The petitioner has not stated as to which respondent should deal with the representation. Therefore, we dismiss the writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving liberty to the petitioner to make a clear and proper representation to the competent authority who shall consider the issue on its own merit and in accordance with law. No costs.
