ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in S.T.C.No.1725 of 2017 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and to quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner had already been discharged from the case by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
