This petition is filed seeking quashment of F.I.R in Crime No.156 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, and the same was taken on cognizance in C.C.No.142 of 2019 and it was posted to 12.01.2022 for the appearance of the accused.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. Hence the petition has become infructuous.
