Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to conduct the regular prayers and other religious obligations as per the practice of Sunnathul Jamath Customs in Malik Dinar Mosque Jamath Pallivasal as per the Performa of the third respondent in Register No. 4/kk/18kkA2/1957 and communication of the Wakf Inspector, dated 07.08.2019 to the second respondent, consequentially directing the second respondent to monitor the same by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2022, within the period stipulated by this court.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of by dispensing with the notice to the third respondent by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
