O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was received and C.S.R.No.77 of 2025 was assigned, for which, enquiry will be conducted and dispose of within a period of one week.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation, dated 13.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. The third respondent has admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint and assigned C.S.R.No.77 of 2025 and the same is pending.

5.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.Nos.77 of 2025 and 411 of 2024, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2025, within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 28.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
