PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the survey measurements in computerized documents maintained by 2nd respondent of petitioner's landed property bearing Survey number 272/2A24A, situated in Thirupalaikudi Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2018.

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the survey measurements in computerized documents maintained by second respondent of petitioner's landed property bearing Survey number 272/2A24A, situated in Thirupalaikudi Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
