[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue has since married another person by name Desiyarani and he was also produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, in which he has given a statement. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

2. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
