This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.09.2015.
2. The petitioner is a very close friend of the opposite party and the opposite party want some loan for marriage expenses of his daughter. Hence, the petitioner has given a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the opposite party. Thereafter, he repaid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner. Unfortunately, the opposite party was not able to make the balance amount. During enquiry, the opposite party has also give an undertaking that he will repay the balance amount.
3. Under such circumstances, this is purely civil transaction and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
