ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted, since the shifting of Police Check Post is an administrative decision to be taken by the Police Department in order to maintain law and order and to prevent the crimes in the locality. If at all there is any inconvenience, it is for the people to approach the Police officials. Contrarily, High Court cannot issue a direction to shift the Police 2/4

Check Post. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
