PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing respondents No.1 to 3 to execute the warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, in connection with conviction of the fourth respondent in C.C.No.284 of 2017 dated 17/08/2018.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to execute the warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, in connection with conviction of the fourth respondent in C.C.No.284 of 2017 dated 17/08/2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the the petitioner has filed a private complaint under Section 138 of I.P.C. before the trial Court and the same was taken in C.C.No.284 of 2017. He would further submit that the trial Court has issued a Non Bailable Warrant against the fourth respondent, however, the same was not executed by the respondent Police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the matter was amicably settled between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that as on date, no Non Bailable Warrant has been received from the trial Court. If any NBW is received, the same will be executed immediately within a period of two weeks. 2/4

5. Recording the above said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
