Vadivel, aged about 38 years, Prabhu, S/o. Palanichamy, aged about 32 years, Praveen Pandian, S/o. Veerapandi aged 27 years and Veerapandi S/o.Arumugam, aged about 50 years before this Court and set them at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenu viz., Kumar, Prabhu, Praveen Pandian, Veerapandi, these Writ of Habeas Corpus petitions are filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the accused are having number of cases and in Crime No.275 of 2017 for the offences under Section 379 of IPC., they have been remanded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur and as such, they are in judicial custody. 3.In such view of the matter, these Writ of Habeas Corpus petitions are dismissed.No costs.
