PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and mark the boundaries to my land in Survey No.262/1A and 262/3 situated at Chettiapatti, Mettupatti Village, East Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018.

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and mark the boundaries to the petitioner's land in Survey No.262/1A and 262/3 situated at Chettiapatti, Mettupatti Village, East Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
