PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 3rd respondent to comply with order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - VI, Madurai, in CrMP No.607 of 2022, dated 11.02.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent to comply with order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. VI, Madurai, in CrMP No.607 of 2022, dated 11.02.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the third respondent alleging that 05.08.2021 the respondents 4 and 5 refused to repay the amount and also threatened him with dire consequences and also abused him filthy language. However the third respondent did not register any case and as such the petitioner was constrained to file a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.607 of 2022 and the learned Magistrate by an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

12.04.2022 had directed the third respondent to investigate the matter and file a report, however the third respondent even till today did not register any First Information Report and kept the matter in cold storage.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to register the First Information Report forthwith as against the accused persons as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and investigate the same.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
