This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept and register the documents presented by the petitioner entered between the petitioner and her family members in respect of the property situated in S.No.643/6A, Patta No.1779 to an extent of 25 cents out of 91.39 cents in Sivapuripatti Panchayat, North Singampunari Group, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
