W.P.(MD) No.8291 of 2020 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/2434/2018, dated 28.07.2020, wherein, it had been stated that due to the objection to construct the aforesaid "Kalaiarangam" and by considering the representations of the petitioner, after getting an appropriate permission on administrative ground, the aforesaid "Kalaiarangam" has been constructed in Thirukoshtiyur village, instead of petitioner's village and that therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition and prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed.
